Justin Krashefski is enrolled as a fulltime student at Florida Atlantic University, where he is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard who served on active duty from 2001 until 2005. Justin Krashefski remained on reserve duty until 2009.
Now Justin Krashefski is back in school. He already holds an Associates Degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology, and plans on making sports medicine his career. Justin Krashefski says that he would like to deliver professional treatment to talented athlete, and believes he will have the skills to provide sound advice and quality treatment to athletes who are recovering from any one of a range of sports-related injuries.
Sports medicine is a discipline that demands a solid knowledge of the human body and the way it works, especially when it comes to the demands placed on it by high-level athletes. It focuses on helping athletes improve their performance, recover from injuries, and if possible, prevent future injuries.
