Justin Krashefski: Working Out Every Day

Justin Krashefski is a fulltime student at Florida Atlantic University, where he is majoring in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He is working toward a Bachelor of Science degree. He already earned an Associates degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology from Keiser University.

Justin Krashefski is committed to staying in peak physical condition. He works out every day, with a varied regimen that includes weight training, running, and swimming. Changing the activity helps to keep it from getting dull, and also works on different parts of the body. Justin Krashefski has kept in shape for many years. He was on active duty in the United States Coast Guard for four years, and received several awards. He spent another four on reserve duty.

As Justin Krashefski is learning, the Department of Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University has an excellent curriculum. It is known for its high academic standards. Justin Krashefski has committed himself to learning as much about the field as he can, and is confident that he will because of FAU’s excellent staff. The FAU faculty, he has learned, enjoys an international reputation for their work and research in the field of Exercise Science and Health Promotion. The program there is consistent with the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s standards.

Justin Krashefski is an ambitious man who intends to achieve a lot. But he also knows the importance of taking some time off from all that hard work. When he isn’t hitting the books, Justin Krashefski likes to pursue many outdoor activities, including boating and saltwater fishing.

The field of Professional Sports Medicine is highly competitive. Many hope to break into professional sports medicine in order to help amateur and professional athletes receive the treatment they need to continue performing to the best of their abilities.

Sports medicine focuses on helping people improve their athletic performance, recover from injury and prevent future injuries. It is a fast-growing health care field, because health workers who specialize in sports medicine help many “regular” people as well as athletes.
