Justin Krashefski has been an athlete from a very young age, participating in a multitude of sports and regularly exercising throughout his adolescence. As he grew older, his workouts increased in intensity, along with his desire to help people. These two passions steered him toward a career in law enforcement, and after graduating high school joined the United States Coast Guard. With the USCG, Krashefski was expected to participate in daily rigorous workouts to maintain an exceptional degree of personal fitness in order to perform the duties of his position properly.
After protecting the shoreline of the United States, Justin Krashefski returned to his home state of Florida in 2006. In Fort Lauderdale, he continued to serve his community as a police officer with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. With the FLPD, he continued to workout regularly and maintained his healthy lifestyle practices he learned in the Coast Guard. After four years protecting the people of south Florida, Krashefski decided to pursue his other passion: fitness.
Following his departure from the FLPD in 2010, Krashefski began to work as a personal trainer in Boca Raton, Florida. While educating his clients on how to live a healthy lifestyle, he enrolled Florida Atlantic University’s Exercise Science and Health Promotion degree program, where he studies today. After graduation, he plans to open a fitness studio where he will teach effective exercise and nutritional strategies. Believing in the power of exercise to increase his clients’ longevity of life, Krashefski is committed to educating others to live healthier lifestyles.
