Justin Krashefski espouses the benefits of a health mind, body and soul.  He is known to many as a health and fitness advocate as he has dedicated his whole life in one way or another to maintaining health and excelling in athletic activity.  At the root of this lifelong passion is a never-ending dedication to a strong workout schedule.

Justin KrashefskiThis exercise routine is composed of the best in a number of disciplines.  Addressing such issues as strength, cardiovascular, conditioning, flexibility, speed, agility, and more, Krashefski has composed a routine of workouts that keep him and those who dare to workout with him in top physical shape.  It is something that started when he was a young man, active like many children at a young age, but particularly involved in and excelling in a number of sports.  He learned the lessons early and the correlation between dedication and success on the field.  This was the foundation of a lifelong trek of workouts, weight rooms, miles on the track, on a bike, in the pool and much more.  A daily routine is one thing, but Krashefski is an achiever that reveled in constantly finding his boundaries and pushing past them.

Justin KrashefskiContinual improvement has been a cornerstone and he feels that having targets in mind are critical to a complete workout system.  He continued his dedication to health beyond his formative educational years and upon graduating from high school, joined the United States Coast Guard, where he served for five years.  His physical fitness helped him excel as a member and the physical demands in the service are certainly high.  He moved on from the Coast Guard to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, where as an officer, he faced physical and mental demands where again he relied on his superior conditioning and mental toughness to perform as an officer of the law.

He is working towards a career in sports medicine, and he now holds an Associate’s Degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology from Kaiser University.  At this time, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. His ultimate goal is to open a business that can help athletes and private citizens alike to reach their fullest potential, prevent injuries and recover from them.

Before he became a personal trainer, Justin Krashefski spent nine years serving his country and community.

Justin Krashefski Sees Opportunity in Fitness Training

Justin KrashefskiAfter he parted ways the Fort Lauderdale Police Department in 2010, Justin Krashefski wanted to continue to help others, although in a lower-stress position. With additional training from his five years in the United States Coast Guard, he was at peak physical fitness.

Justin KrashefskiHe realized that through educating others on how to live a healthy lifestyle, he could continue to help people enhance their lives. When he began studying sports medicine and exercise science, Krashefski felt the fitness industry lacked a rigid and responsible approach to health and fitness.

Justin KrashefskiHe noticed that the consumers within the market had been stultified by new “trends” and “quick and easy” weight-loss strategies, and he wanted to share his military-based physical training with others. His time in the armed forces included rigorous workouts that included doing 29 push-ups in 60 seconds, 38 sit-ups in 60 seconds, running 1.5 miles in under 13 minutes, and treading water for 5 minutes.

Seeing the results in his body, Krashefski grew confident that he could motivate others to achieve similar results. This new observation in mind, Justin Krashefski enrolled in Keiser University and earned an Associate of Science degree in Sports Medicine.

Justin Krashefski : Experienced in Protecting Lives

During his childhood in south Florida, Justin Krashefski grew up with an overwhelming sense of patriotism for his country. As he grew older, his patriotism developed from mere adoration for his country to a determination to serve it. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Coast Guard in 2001.

Justin KrashefskiWhile in the Coast Guard, Krashefski was expected to perform rigorous daily workouts, and his childhood spent playing sports and working out proved particularly useful. He also excelled in the classroom during his basic training, quickly learning the duties expected of him and the processes through which he protected his country.

Justin KrashefskiAfter five years spent overseas protecting his country, Justin Krashefski returned stateside to his home in south Florida. Still wanting to serve his country, he decided to pursue a more local career that would keep him closer to home, choosing to enter the police force. When he began studying to become a police officer in 2005, Krashefski once again found success in the classroom, applying his pervious training in the Coast Guard to his Police Academy coursework. His Coast Guard training not only proved useful in the classroom, but his physical fitness training was also beneficial in the physical training aspect of his law enforcement education. The following year he took a position with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, working to protect the people in his own community.

In addition to his work helping his clients lose weight and tone their bodies, Krashefski also wanted to help them increase the length of their lives. He realized that physical workouts were only half of his healthy lifestyle and that he also benefitted from healthy nutrition. Wanting to learn more about nutrition and the internal aspects of physical fitness, he enrolled in Florida Atlantic University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Once he earns his degree, he plans to open a fitness studio to teach clients not only how to lose weight, but how to maintain a nutritious diet plan.

South Florida is an optimal location for outdoor exercise, offering year-round tropical temperatures and an array of terrain to accommodate various activities. This is one reason fitness enthusiast Justin Krashefski lives in Boca Raton, located about 20 miles north of Fort Lauderdale. The tropical South Florida climate is perfect for him, as he loves to start each and every morning with a run through his neighborhood.
